[0:43] Intro
[1:45] Today's episode was actually inspired by one of our My Essential Birth Mamas from the birth course. She posted in the Facebook group asking, "I'm a young mom, and I've got a couple of children. I'm feeling overwhelmed and touched out by the time my husband gets home. Is this normal? I'm over stimulated, overwhelmed. I want to be nice to my kids. I want to be nice to my husband." What was awesome about it was there was just a flood of moms that were like, "Oh my gosh, I'm with you. I see you. I get it. And yes, it's normal."
So we reached out to some of our moms that had really great advice and we asked them to share it with you today.
[3:00] Chelsie's advice - "Don't sweat the small stuff."
[6:02] Rebekah's advice - "Give yourself time throughout the day." "When you have kids, you have to just lower your standards about what you're able to do. Even after the baby starts growing up, then you have to take care of this little one on top of...

[1:10] This week’s reviewer of the week, hellotrb, said: “Starting listening during my first pregnancy and fell in love. Through the encouragement of this podcast, I switched my provider at 32weeks. I doubted my feeling about the previous provider, and once I switched, it was like a breath of fresh air. Now pregnant with my second kiddo and have started again to listen to this amazing podcast!”

[1:53] Cassidy Jacobsen introduces herself and her family. She’s been married for six years and is a mama of two! She originally lived in Utah and moved to Texas so her husband could attend medical school....
This week’s episode is going to focus on all of the ins and outs of prodromal labor. 2020 changed a lot of things for birth, including causing a ton of prodromal labor for expecting mamas. In this episode, I walk you through exactly what prodromal labor is, what the risks are, if there are any benefits, how to prevent it, what to do for yourself (and baby) if you end up experiencing it, and what it means for the end-game - in other words, how it affects your birth plan and if it ultimately means you can’t have the birth you were hoping for. Since this is something affecting tons of pregnant moms right now, you're definitely going to want to give this episode a listen and then tuck it away to review for later.
